One Response to “Do you find work ethics in your employees improving or declining?”
I would have to say improving in a non-traditional way. Over the past 14 years I have had the privilege of training and working with three separate graduating groups of students. The last group of employees I have trained is by far the most interesting. They are driven by technology. My employees use all their technological resources to work smarter. They are dependable and efficient, simply because it is expected. I am impressed by their ability to multi-task at such a young age. I believe that this new intelligent young work force will not let us down, and will find a way to dig us out of this economic “Black Hole”.
